All scheduled appointments and consultations are subject to a $50 visit fee, which will be applied toward the cost of your treatment or service.
Pre- Appointment Instructions:
Immunizations & Dental Work: Avoid filler treatments within 14 days before or after dental work or immunizations.
Illness: please reschedule if you are sick.
Blood Thinners: Avoid Advil, Ibuprofen, Vitamin E, Fish Oil 7-10 days before injectables. Consult your provider before stopping medications.
Alcohol: Avoid for 24hrs before treatment.
Bruising & Swelling: Common after injectables. Bruising may last 2 weeks; swelling up to 4 weeks.
Cold Sores: Notify us if you have an active cold sore.
Chemical Peels: Stop retinol, tretinoin, AHA/BHAs and exfoliants 5-7 days prior.
CO2 Laser: A consultation with a medical provider is required before scheduling treatment.
GLP Medication Refills: A virtual or in-person visit is required before prescriptions can be sent. Allow 3-4 business days for shipping after processing.
Intake Form: Complete all required forms before your appointment to avoid cancellations.
Cancellation Policy: We require 48hrs notice for cancellations or changes. Less than 48hrs incurs a $75 fee. No-shows incur a $100 fee. Repeated late cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings.
